This house is your little paradise in the city. Located 10 minutes’ to Alderwood Mall, downtown Edmonds, and Meadowdale beach trails, it’s in a wooded area with a panoramic view of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound. There are picnic tables scattered around the property so guests can dine al fresco with beautiful sunset views while the kids can play on the side with the trampoline or on the football field. The rental is the lower part of a duplex with enough space to host six guests for at least five nights. The unit features a living room with a TV, fireplace, and mini library beside a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area. There is only one bathroom and one bedroom with a huge walk-in closet to be shared by all the guests. On a huge estate in a quaint neighbourhood is a cute and comfy apartment built for four guests. The modest space has modern interiors with walls painted in soft neutral colours decorated with simple but comfy furniture. In one corner of the room is a lounge with a sectional sofa in leather while in the other corner there is an intimate dining area. The open space is shared with a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island. After a meal, guests can hang out in the covered deck where they can lounge or smoke while viewing the lush surroundings. To sleep easy, there are two spacious bedrooms furnished with a king bed and a sleeper sofa furnished with cable TVs, free Wi-Fi, and ensuite bathrooms (of which one has an adjoining walk-in closet).
