For large families or company retreats, this large home would be ideal. The inside was decorated by a professional interior designer in soft beach-themed colors. The home features a spacious living/recreation room, a large kitchen with all modern appliances, and plenty of room to accommodate 20 people comfortably. The attached cottage has a private entrance and full kitchen, along with two bedrooms. You have multiple balconies to enjoy the sea views. Outside is also a hot tub and pool with a covered patio area that has seating for up to 18 people. The beach is just down the stairs off the main deck.

This spacious home on Hilton Head Island features so many amenities you may never want to leave. Three of the seven bedrooms are designed for children with under the sea themes. The four master bedrooms all include en suite bathrooms with whirlpool tubs and glass showers. There is a game room in the garage that includes a bar. And the huge pool is designed for swimmers of all ages and abilities, with shallow space for the little ones. Around the pool is a covered patio that includes a full outdoor kitchen.
