i was honestly a bit hesitant to book as there weren't any reviews and it seemed too good to be true
we drove and spent the day in cork, kilkenny, dublin, and went to the cliffs of moher all beautiful drives and easy day trips
we are familiar with the area, as we have family in kilkenny and stay every year
the kitchen was great and i made breakfast every morning in it
it was quite a different experience with the plumbing and heating but once you get the hang of it, worked fine

the owners were great to deal with & like i mention above, the location is great
the guest house was slightly better & we actually used that kitchen to cook in, as the one in the main house, was just not up to a clean standard
the cottage was so quaint and the grounds were beautifully maintained
we were two families who traveled to both kilkenny and waterford and found this place to stay idyllic
upon arrival we loved the central location and look of the farmhouse and there is lots of land for the children to play cricket and football

it is exactly as pictured and sinead was very helpful and easy to work with

we did have a problem with turning on the heat but owners responded immediately
once that was on the heated floors were wonderful
