Right from the reservation process MaryAnn was responsive professional and kind Upon arriving she met us and greeted us warmly
She made certain that we had her cell phone number in case we needed to reach her
realized the problem and gave us the correct code
has thought of all the touches that make a location special and she is available and responsive whenever questions arise Two big thumbs up
milk coffee beans and delicious granola available in the unit upon our arrival

I loved the location - close to downtown and a great area to walk in
the walk to downtown Burlington was an easy 15 minutes
flat easy 10 min to downtown
We were shocked how convenience the location
My husband and I enjoyed another lovely stay at Mary Ann's Carriage House

It is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and welcoming Mary Ann

He was super helpful and he took the time to explain us the area
We also watched an amazing sunset with him and the dog rita
You couldn't ask for a better host than Deb- who was kind enough to allow us to check in early and check out late since she was away for the holiday weekend

Everything about this was excellent Very hospitable and very welcoming
For a single person traveling for a conference this couldn't have been more lovely Home like simple very clean detailed instructions

The only negative was the traffic garbage truck noise very early in the morning
the property next door is also rented by Matt
Noisy instructions were incorrect about how to get into the property Had to wait outside until someone could call back with correct instructions
This location is perfect and Matt was easy to communicate with Thanks for a quick overnight stay
I could manage others had difficulty It is a shame that the quality of restoring of this beautiful older home is not with higher quality materials

Matt could not have been more responsive
The owner was attentive and responsive to our questions and needs
The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating
blocks from Church St and for us most importantly an easy trip to the UVM Hospital
Matt was so kind to allow us to have a later check out time because of our luggage situation

The location is absolutely perfect and close to shops and restaurants on Church St
Tucked away only a couple of blocks from Main Street
Pros:It was in a very convenient location and it was just a few minute walk to be right downtown
The location is ideal-only a few blocks to Church Street or the lakefront
Such a quaint house right in the middle of the action

bedrooms were very clean
There are paper towels dish soap and towels
A bit basic but clean and comfortable Considerate owner

The bathroom was average sized
but some repairs will need to be done to the ceiling and the light in the bathroom

there was an older woman (and a guy that we never saw) and while it wasn't nearly as bad as the 1st night
While the review forced me to check communication with owner can't really speak to that as we had no issues and therefore did not need to be in contact

everything you could need in the kitchen and comfortable for everyone
However it could use a bigger more comfortable couch and at least a basic cable connection

However I must give credit to the property owner who provided a clean comfortable
