everything you could need in the kitchen and comfortable for everyone
However it could use a bigger more comfortable couch and at least a basic cable connection

there was an older woman (and a guy that we never saw) and while it wasn't nearly as bad as the 1st night
While the review forced me to check communication with owner can't really speak to that as we had no issues and therefore did not need to be in contact

the woman (who we called "Lead Foot") seemingly stomped on the floor whenever she moved around the apartment which was both early in the morning

has thought of all the touches that make a location special and she is available and responsive whenever questions arise Two big thumbs up
milk coffee beans and delicious granola available in the unit upon our arrival

the walk to downtown Burlington was an easy 15 minutes

It made it nearly impossible to sleep past 8am
The ability to walk to the lake and enjoy the water then head downtown was great
and we took our morning coffee by the lake
If you appreciate places that feel more like staying at a friends as opposed to a bare space with the necessary furniture
This is a cute little place with almost everything you need

The house is very clean and so nicely decorated
(and I assume laundry detergent) was very appreciated
The property was just as pictured

Both Deb and John were immediately responsive to any and all questions and gave us great tips on local food and activities

He was super helpful and he took the time to explain us the area

You couldn't ask for a better host than Deb- who was kind enough to allow us to check in early and check out late since she was away for the holiday weekend

I turned the air on to cool down the room as it was the upper 80's during the day but in the middle of the night the air was off

The living room could use additional lighting - it was too dark to read in there at night
this comfortable place has three nice-sized bedrooms plus a bonus room for dressing and prep
