If you’ve never been to Pembrokeshire, you’ll wonder why you never did. This land of myths and legends is the ideal place for family holidays. Its picturesque landscapes are protected by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only national coastal park of Britain and the world’s second-best coastal destination according to National Geographic. The best way to explore its hilly terrain, limestone cliffs, and golden coasts is to put on your hiking boots and walk along Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. It’s a 299.3-kilometer (186-mile) stretch of winding trails that passes through 50 beaches and medieval towns including Britain’s smallest city – St. Davids.
