Pizza 4P's offers an exceptional date night experience, especially for tourists seeking something beyond traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The Burrata Parma Ham Margherita and three-cheese pizza were exquisite. Drizzling honey on the pizza, as suggested by our server, was a revelation. The lasagna and carbonara were equally impressive. Every penny was well spent for this top-notch dining experience. The rustic brick interior added to the charm and warmth of the place, making our meal even more enjoyable.

St. Joseph Cathedral is one of the most stunning church interiors I've ever encountered. The intricately designed altar is truly awe-inspiring, and the facade bears a striking resemblance to the magnificent Notre-Dame in Paris. Despite the bustling city around it, the church exudes a sense of peaceful serenity. 

If you're a catholic, I recommend attending an English mass here especially on a Sunday.

We visited Hoan Kiem Lake after sunset and it was beautiful - the sight that greeted us was nothing short of breathtaking. The tranquil waters shimmered in the evening light, casting a serene aura over the surroundings. Strolling along the lakeside was a moment of calm amidst the vibrant heartbeat of Hanoi.

Just across the street are numerous souvenir shops you can buy from. Engaging with the vendors, I discovered that bargaining was not only welcomed, but also added a fun, interactive element to the experience. It's certainly worth trying your hand at negotiating first before making a purchase!

During our visit to Hanoi, we booked a day tour to Ninh Binh through Klook. Our guide, an energetic English speaker, infused the experience with a lively spirit, making it all the more enjoyable. The package included round-trip bus transfers, a sumptuous buffet lunch, and a leisurely two-hour boat ride. Additionally, the tour treated us to a visit to the awe-inspiring Bai Dinh Pagoda. Of all the highlights, the boat ride left the most indelible impression, with majestic scenery unfolding before our eyes.

It's advisable to apply sunscreen and have umbrellas handy, as you'll find yourself under the sun for an extended period.

Ha Long Bay's ethereal beauty captivated me from the moment I set foot on the cruise. As the boat cruised through the emerald waters, we were greeted by a panorama of limestone karsts that seemed to defy gravity. The tour also treated us to a delightful seafood lunch, adding a festive touch to the experience.

Do brace yourself for a good amount of stair-climbing, as there are numerous steps to conquer to see the best views.

The highlight of our day tour to Ha Long Bay was our visit to Sung Sot Cove. Its name, "Sung Sot," meaning surprise, is very fitting. With every turn, the cave unfolded a new wonder, from towering formations to delicate crystalline structures. The scale and intricacy of Sung Sot Cave were nothing short of awe-inspiring, leaving an indelible mark on my memory. It was a journey into the heart of the Earth, a reminder of the beauty that lies beneath the surface.

As we were on the cruise back to the bay, I couldn't help but be grateful to have had the privilege to see this majestic cave with my very own eyes.
