這間別墅雖然靠近四通八達的火車站，但是周遭區域仍寧靜安全。業主因為喜愛園藝，所以將植栽遍植在別墅四周，一踏入民宿便感到身心舒暢。屋內一共有 2 間臥室，可以容納 6 位旅人。此外，這裡的後院也超美，加上有棚子為你遮陽，在這裡愜意地來杯下午茶一定很棒！
