Baltimore is a city that is full of character. It has a rich history and its roots as a working class town give it a unique vibe. Baltimore has a personality, and that’s something that you don’t want to miss out on during your stay. It also houses some of the top museums in Maryland.

It’s not just the landmarks where this is obvious – the architecture of the many buildings in the city reflect Baltimore’s past. These Airbnb accommodations in the City of Charm have blended historic touches with modern conveniences and comforts. They are full of character and history, and are a great alternative to a generic hotel. If you are planning to visit the stunning city soon, scroll down for the top Airbnbs in Baltimore.

We handpicked these listings carefully, considering (wherever possible) Superhost status, recent guest reviews, location, accommodation type, prices, availability of dates, decor, and amenities. The image galleries get refreshed with the latest updates regularly. They were last updated on April 08, 2024.

Private rooms

Baltimore has many places that offer a room for one or two people. They are great alternatives to booking an entire apartment to stay in; they are usually more efficient and often cheaper. Plus, you have the added benefit of having close interaction with your host, who can give you valuable insights for your stay.

1. Spacious Vivaldi Suite

68 USD / night for 2 | 1 bed | 2 guests * 15 USD cleaning fee

This is a gem of a place. It is very large, cozy, clean and hip. Jeannette is the consummate host and goes the extra mile to ensure her guests are comfortable. Terry (Guest Review)
Looking for cheap Airbnbs in Baltimore? This spacious suite in Upper Fell’s Point offers travelers a cozy and comfortable stay. The exposed brick wall and hardwood floors lend the room a charming and rustic vibe. This location is brought to life by the host’s two adorable cats and dog. However, if you’re allergic to fur you might want to pick another place to stay.

This Airbnb neighborhood was voted “Baltimore’s Best” by the City Paper. You can expect to see many residents sitting on the porches in the evenings having coffee and chatting. You’ll be staying one block away from the house where Billie Holiday grew up. Now, five gorgeous murals mark the block, making it easily identifiable.

As for getting around, the Charm City Circulator (CCC) has a stop one block away, making traveling to different attractions easy. The host even provides a welcome manual, which will help you get around if you feel lost. For a fee, you can book custom tours of various areas with your host.

2. Secret Garden in the City (from USD 96)

97 USD / night for 2 | 1 bed | 2 guests

I spent a little over a week at Jen and Scott’s and loved it there. Simply put, I felt like I was a visiting friend. Yacine (Guest Review)
You will fall in love with this 19th-century row home. It has a secret garden tucked away inside, providing a peaceful little spot of green in the city. Guests stay in a private bedroom, which has a comfy queen-sized bed.

This home is located in the most walkable part of Baltimore. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to locations such as the Inner Harbor and Little Italy. You can pick up supplies and groceries at a Whole Foods and Starbucks that are just 4 blocks away.
