The Hampden neighborhood has transformed from a blue-collar mill town into the epicenter of all things hipster and stylish. It’s a safe area, so you can walk around at night without worrying. Wake up to the aroma of coffee every morning! This room is situated above the locally-famous coffee shop Jabali. Located in Fell’s Point, the room is on the second floor of a brick townhouse. The neighborhood is beautiful and historic, and is close to the waterfront.
You can get around Baltimore easily from this location via the Charm City Circulator. The host is also welcoming and very informative about Baltimore, and guests who have stayed there all enjoyed having a chat with him.
Guests have access to the first-floor shop. It’s fitted with a steak broiler, sandwich press, and cappuccino-maker, along with standard kitchen equipment. In the unlikely case that you run out of places to eat, you’ll have no trouble whipping up something.

This home is located in the most walkable part of Baltimore. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to locations such as the Inner Harbor and Little Italy. You can pick up supplies and groceries at a Whole Foods and Starbucks that are just 4 blocks away.
It can be a bit hard to find this Airbnb rental, so make sure to contact the host beforehand if you need extra directions. It’s situated on a quiet little alley street, but is rich in history. It was where Frederick Douglass, one of the prominent civil rights figures in history, built five homes that are still standing today.
