We had a great time at Sarah’s cabin! We spent the days hiking and the nights sipping cocktails by the fireplace. The kids had a blast and found a small sledding hill a couple houses down. Rooms were all very clean and cozy. Awesome location right between Sedona and Flag, so you are tucked away in a canyon but still have fairly quick access (and when I say that I mean 15-20 mins or so) to restaurants, more hiking, etc. There is a bottle of wine waiting for you when you get there and Sarah has very clear communication. One of the coolest Airbnbs in Sedona, this lovely and peaceful cottage is ideal for solo travelers who look for their own quiet personal space after a whole day of exploration and meeting new people. Located on a noiseless residential street just off the main highway that runs through Sedona (the 89A), makes it extremely easy to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also a five-minute walk from the Lynx bus stop, which is another bonus. The entrance to the bedroom goes through the living room. Featuring a super comfortable bed, a huge bookshelf next to it adds a lovely touch and, of course, colors the room and the whole ambiance. The other door in the room opens to a pretty backyard with a nice fountain at the side. So, you can take your laptop and blog about the stunning hiking trails from your cute little cottage. We all love our beds, don’t we? A platform double bed with a five-inch (12.7-centimeter) foam mattress topper and a comforter ensures it is comfortable. So you don’t need to toss and turn before dozing off after a walk along the Airport Mesa and Vortex Trails. There is also desk space and a small closet for your use. A fast wireless internet connection in the house is extremely useful on days when you just want to snuggle inside the sheets and watch funny YouTube videos.
What a beautiful house! Pamela was kind enough to respond to my last minute request immediately and let me stay at her lovely place even though she wasn’t there herself! The house was spotlessly clean and the bedroom was very cosy and homely, which was only made better by her 2 gorgeous cats waiting to greet me upon arrival!
