The property is located a short 10-15 min walk into the heart of downtown, about 1 mile (1.6 km) from UTEP and 1 mile from the border crossing to Juarez, Mexico. It is also a roughly 5-10 minute drive away from the edge of Franklin Mountains State Park and maybe 5 minutes away from Scenic Drive (where you can get a remarkable view of the city and the moon on certain nights).
