It has always been my go-to spot whenever I visit Baguio and would want to catch sight of the quieter side of the city. And the best time to visit? During sunset, of course, when the hillside is showered with striking hues of the gold hour! The famous spot for picture taking could really get crowded, but you'll surely find a place where you can unwind in solitude as the vast park has many overlooking spots.
