This is an award winning ‘farm to table’ restaurant in Louisville. Around 80 percent of their ingredients come from 160 kilometers (100 miles) away! It is a locally grown restaurant. It is situated in the downtown NuLu arts district of East Market Street. Most of their food is baked, cured or smoked in house.

The tandoori spiced chicken drums are one of the tastiest starters on their menu. The white creek rainbow trout and blue corn crusted silver carp are also must-try items from the menu. The smoked Marksbury pork loin chop and Black Hawk Farms steak are the best available dishes at Harvest.

Proof On Main is well known as one of Esquire magazine’s “Best New Restaurants.” Located in downtown Louisville’s acclaimed 21c Museum Hotel, it is a favorite destination amongst locals and visitors. Proof On Main also has a bar which is a local hot spot and features more than 120 Kentucky bourbons.
