2. International Music Festival Cambrils

Enjoy great musicians from all over the world at this late night international music festival that happens yearly at the peak of summer at the end of July/beginning of August, offering music for all tastes and styles, and of course, ages. Taking place in Cambrils’ Pinaret Park, the show features a wide range of what is currently happening in the country music scene. Over the years, the selection has only gotten better, and the crowd more crazy and huge with each new iteration.

3. Tower of Port
The Tower of Port is a seventeenth century watchtower that served to defend against pirate attacks. Located just outside the port, the tower forms part of the seafront, and is a landmark building with its beautiful architecture and its location facing the sea. This tower was built to protect the town in case of attacks from scary pirates cruising the waters outside.
The Tower of Port has had a variety of different names over the years, including Torre del Mar and the Moors, and has undergone several restorations to return its bright, spacious interiors to their former glory. Currently, the tower is used as an exhibition hall of the Museum of the History of Cambrils. Come here to enjoy a breathtaking view of the harbor and the sea from the top.

4. Aqualeon

We did mention that there were a couple of theme parks didn’t we? And here’s Aqualeon, an amazing water based theme park built right in the middle of nature. This is a family oriented theme park with rides and attractions that will undoubtedly impress kids and adults of all ages, along with providing a ton of fun for everyone. 5. Port Aventura World
Port Aventura claims to be one of the most symbolic theme parks in Spain. 6. The Sama Park
Sama Park is a gorgeous botanical garden from the old colonial days. Originally, the park was built as a summer residence by Salvador Samà, Marquis of Marianao in 1881, between Cambrils and Montbrió, surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond trees. In a sense, the park also bears the legacy of an ‘Indiano’, a fusion of styles and a delight for the senses, making it a fascinating and insightful look at Spanish architecture.

7. Aquopolis

If you haven’t had enough waterpark fun yet, you can also visit Aquopolis theme park. In the heart of the Costa Dorada, on the beach of La Pineda, just 10 minutes from Cambrils lies this water park for hours of aquatic fun sliding into clean, clear water and cooling off on a hot summer’s day.
