Located in Qingyun County, the Haidao Jinshan Temple Scenic Area is a popular tourist attraction of Dezhou city. The temple is divided into three areas; the main part is the Buddhist ceremony area and the others are a commercial and landscaped one. The temple comprises of a beautifully designed gate, bell towers on all sides of the temple, the hall of heaven kings, huge Buddha Hall, Buddhist text collections, praying hall and much more. There are many options for shopping, touring, and sightseeing near the temple. That area is specially built for tourists.

The temple was built in Sui Dynasty in the 13th-century. With an amazing lotus pavilion, white snake hollow and ancient Bahai hollow, Haidao Jinshan is a truly awesome place to spend your entire day. In ancient times it was called Zexin - flying dragon temple. The temple has four main treasures, which are the war drum of Liang Hongyu, Jinshan chart by famous painter Zhengming, tripod from Zhou Dynasty and jade belt of Su Shi.
