Enjoy hiking along Fountain Hills Lake Overlook Trail offering a nice viewpoint to see the world’s fourth-tallest fountain as it goes off for 15 minutes every hour. The trail path is well-maintained and wanders through a disc golf course, playground, veteran’s memorial, sculptures, trees, and profuse wildflowers. It also circles the lake covering approximately 1.7 miles (2.74 kilometers). Don’t forget to bring enough water to hydrate yourself and take advantage of the benches for resting at the summit.
