4. Buderim Rainforest

A walk that lets you relax as you make your way to the Buderim Waterfall. There is a boardwalk stretching about 700 meters (2,296 feet) in the rainforest. As you take your walk, your senses are calmed by the sound of bubbling water flowing in the foliage, rocks, palms and the forest in general. At the end of the boardwalk, you will have to change gears from easy-access-walk to more-effort-walk in the bushes to reach the waterfall. The boardwalk is wheelchair friendly, but it all ends when it ends.

This region is rich with lands that are so fertile and is sprinkled with towns that have a lot of historical weight and little discoverable galleries, markets, restaurants, guesthouses and craft shops.

Allan Niblett is a well-known sports and massage specialist, who developed the Niblett Technique. It took him a period spanning over fifty years to come up with this technique, which has been wonderfully received by many sporting agencies who send their injured sportsmen and sportswomen to get assistance in recovering. He invented the Niblett Technique which is “a specialized sequence of manipulation of soft tissue, to correct misalignment of tendinous tissue, to realign muscles and ligaments for optimal placement and function, and to enable correction of posture and structural problems”, as explained in their website.

13. Beach Bar and Grill

Posted by The Beach Bar & Grill Mooloolaba on Friday, 10 February 2017

This restaurant was born from a need by two friends, who had this idea and wanted a bar and grill in their town. The idea was to have a place where meat was served in plenty, beer flowed constantly, and great scenery and service encouraged people to come back. The friends successfully set it up and now the Beach Bar and Grill is becoming the go-to place for the feel of a sports bar. With a rather conspicuous but narrow entrance, the welcoming laughter, lively bar buzz, smell of meat grilling intertwined with the frothy aroma of beer gives one a warm and welcoming feeling. All of this blanketed with the very remarkable views, it is no wonder it has become a firm favorite for the locals, while tourists who have done their research well have made it their go-to place also.
