Family is one of the most precious treasures in the world that we have to cherish forever. Spending quality time with your kids is one of the best ways to show them that you love and care about them. Travel with your whole family whenever you want to. You might want to visit Zurich, one of the most beautiful cities on Earth, for your next vacation. If you are planning on having a great vacation in Zurich with your little sunshines, here are the best things to do in Zurich with kids:

1. Ride the Jelmoli Märlitram during Christmastime - contributed by Tour Guide, Iuliia Solodenko

Take your children on a ride on the most recognizable tram in Zürich. 65 years ago, a tram carrying angels and Santa Claus first rolled through Zürich during the Advent season, bringing Christmas cheer to everyone, regardless of age. At the very beginning, it was white but later changed color to red. The 20-minute journey starts in Bellevue and continues through Limmatkuai to Bahnhofstrasse and back. Santa Claus is a tram driver. His assistants are two angels who tell little passengers (4 to 10 years old) Christmas stories and sing Christmas carols with them.

Check the schedule, as the tram doesn’t take children for rides every day!
