Taking a break from work and vacationing in the Middle East is undeniably good. If you’re planning a trip to this area of the world, don’t miss Kuwait, an elegant country at the tip of the Persian Gulf. Associating the country with nothing to see but desert life, is totally untrue. The Hollywood of the Gulf offers plenty of attractions, ranging from historical mosques to lovely beaches – not to mention the Chalets and Wafrah, the perfect getaways where all Kuwaitis spend their leisure time.

Here are 10 things to do in Kuwait, highly recommended for you:

1. Scale the Kuwait Towers

Take a couple of hours to enjoy the grace of Kuwait city, along with a Gulf view, from the top of the Kuwait Towers. There are actually three towers standing here, but only the twins, with their blue spheres, are the main points of interest. The rotating cafe in the upper sphere, with its unique interior decor, will surely grab your attention. The two restaurants serve incredible buffets for your lovely lunch.
