The Johnson Street Dog Park is one of the best dog parks in Pembroke Pines. It has two play areas for the dogs separated by size. It has all the amenities to clean up after your dog, and it even has some obstacle courses and water bowls for you to really wear out your canine friend. With shaded benches for you to sit on while the dogs play, and a kids’ playground across the street, this is the perfect outing for the entire family. So don’t despair over not being able to bring your dog, there are places for them to have great fun too.

A non-profit botanical garden, aviary and wildlife sanctuary. It has rare plants and indigenous animals from the Everglades. They provide shelter for permanently injured and non-releasable birds and animals and they offer narrated tram rides and host the Wray Home Museum, one of the oldest residences in Broward County. They also offer guided tours of the residence describing the history of the museum. There are daily wildlife-encounter shows; it’s a treat for everyone.
