This iconic burger joint in Austin has been around since 1939 and serves possibly the best hamburgers you will find in all of Texas! As Hut’s Hamburgers asserts hamburgers are its specialty! The menu has 20 types of burgers you can pick from and include gluten-free and vegan options. The burgers start at $6.75 and have interesting names like The Wolfman Jack and Beachboy’s Favorite. You must also order the massive onion rings which are the size of bangles! The most popular offering, however, is the $11.95 Dagburger with double meat cheeseburger, tomatoes, mayo, lettuce and American cheese. You can also choose your meat – buffalo, chicken or Texas Longhorn. If you head to Hut’s Hamburgers on Wednesday night between 6 PM to 10 PM you can avail the buy two burgers and get one free offer during their Hamburger Happy Hour.

3. Top Notch Hamburgers


Located in Burnett Road, Top Notch Hamburgers is an iconic burger spot in Austin. It’s the place to go for your fill of charcoal-grilled burgers. The place has a great atmosphere and the drive-in option gives you the vintage vibe. They also have seating arrangements and you can choose from a wide variety of burgers, but the best seller is their Cheeseburger. Hopfields is well-known for its Pascal burger, a French-style hamburger that dribbles with melted Camembert cheese. You can also add jalapenos to this yummy burger if you wish. The Pascal burger is available all day and you can indulge yourself anytime! Down it with some craft beer for good measure we say!
