Avoid leaving right after sunset, and note that weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends.
- Hiking and Sightseeing: For a quieter experience, visit key attractions such as Barker Dam, Hidden Valley, and Lost Horse Mine early, preferably before 9am, and explore less-traveled areas.
