Traveler's tips
Edaneram a restaurant at Trivandrum is my favorite restaurant. It seamlessly blends vintage charm with contemporary conveniences. The restaurant creates a warm and inviting ambiance, allowing diners to not only savor the delectable cuisine but also immerse themselves in the essence of the venue.
Among the myriad of enticing dishes available at Edaneram, my personal favorite is chattichoru. The anchovy fish fry is crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. The clam roast has a smoky, charred exterior that gives way to tender morsels of seafood heaven, enhanced by a blend of aromatic spices. Don't forget to pair this with buttermilk!
Edaneram goes beyond offering exceptional food; it provides an extraordinary dining experience where tradition seamlessly intertwines with modernity.
