Another Christmas tradition to experience in Zürich is the lighting of the Lucy lights. The ceremonial lighting is named after The Beatles song "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" and heralds the advent season on Bahnhofstrasse. After the lighting, the famous fairs, ice skating rinks, Marlitram tram and fondue will be officially open!
