This non-profit community coffee shop, named after Scottsdale’s founder, is situated in a building next to First Baptist Church of Scottsdale. Here, all the profits that do not go toward maintaining the daily operations of the shop are being used to feed the homeless. This coffee house opened in the early 2009, as the church’s effort to do something different and give back to the community in a unique way. Though the lack of signage might make locating this coffee shop a tad difficult, it is still a must-visit. The creative interior, comfortable seating, and spacious exterior make this place an ideal spot to hang out with family or friends. Also, it features a long list of beverages, baked items, Italian-style coffee, and salads to go with its pleasant atmosphere.
