This distillery is named as such because it was started by an air force veteran who couldn’t leave their love for the cockpit behind even in retirement. But apart from the name and its origin, this is another fine distillery worth visiting in Colorado. All the liquor you find here is made from specialty grains and ingredients that surmount to the best and most unique spirits. Apart from the normal lessons and tastings you will find in a typical distillery tour, you will also fall in love with the spectacular military-themed products and the tasting rooms. The staff also have various air force-themed attires.
