Saint Augustine Distillery is a working distillery that has been opened in a restored ice plant. In 2018, it was named the number one ‘Whiskey Distillery Tour in North America’. This distillery was the first to produce barreled bourbon in Florida since Prohibition and now provides tours so that visitors can see how the bourbon is made. At the end of the tour, you get to try some samples. Don’t forget to buy chocolates and other goodies, all infused with booze, of course, sold at the gift shop of the distillery.

Rollins Distillery is an award-winning distillery that is located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. This distillery is unique because it actually creates rum and vodka from Florida molasses.
