Do you know how Carr Mansion got its name? This mid-19th century Greek Revival mansion was constructed in 1866 by Lewis W. Carr, but it was only renamed Carr Mansion in honour of its heritage in 2018. There are eight lovely rooms, each with a name of its own. Lost Bayou Guesthouse used to be a colonial-style single-family home in the 1890s, but a major hurricane in 1900 destroyed the property and led to a reconstruction in 1906.
