10 Best Homestays In Hanoi, Vietnam - Updated 2022

homestay hanoi

Having kept the outside world at bay till the 1990s, Hanoi is racing to make up for all the time it lost. Layered with remnants and memorabilia of the Chinese and French occupation, Vietnam’s second largest city, and capital, Hanoi is a typically cacophonous South East Asian city with a resilient charm. Having been labeled by the UNESCO as the ‘City for Peace’ in the past, the 1000-year-plus Hanoi is a passage from the past to the present as one navigates through the original streets of the Old Quarter to its wild and wonderfully evolving arts scene. Stay in Hanoi like an absolute local while exploring it in these amazing homestays in the city.
