I have stayed here many years ago. It's quite conveniently located. If you take the exit leading to the national highway, you'll find Olivarez Plaza out front. The mall has Jollibee and Yellow Cab if you're looking for fast food options. There's also Max's if you'd like to try Filipino dishes (the tofu sisig is highly recommended). You can get your coffee fix at either Dunkin Donuts or Gloria Jean's, both are also inside the mall. If you walk along the national highway, you'll find a lot of hole-in-the-wall eateries too. My favorite is the lomi place just after Olivarez and before you reach the public market.
Buses going to Cubao, LRT Buendia, and Alabang stop in front of the mall, so getting to Manila should be fairly easy. If you want to travel south, buses bound for Sta. Cruz are available too.

There's a Jollibee right outside Hotel Marciano - the Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti there are always a crowd favorite. For breakfast food any time of the day, I highly suggest Tuding's Original Porkchop - it's close to the hotel's parking lot. One meal is never enough for me there so I always get two of my favorite - the porkchop meal! For a true taste of a classic Filipino "ulam", you shouldn't miss Aviles - they're best known for the hearty bulalo soup! If you like Filipino food in a cozy and classy atmosphere, RSM Lutong Bahay is right across the hotel too.
