Bounded by Ivory Coast on the west and Togo on the east, Ghana is a beautiful country in the western part of Africa. To the south, Ghana features breathtaking coastal scenery that stretches from the Gulf of Guinea to the Atlantic Ocean. It is there where you’ll find some of the most gorgeous sandy beaches in the country. When you venture a little further from the coast, you’ll be greeted by large tracts of lush tropical forests that are filled with a variety of wildlife. Its capital, Accra, is home to several historical museums, beautiful beaches, and the famous Makola Market. If you’re visiting this country, why not stay like a local? Check out below our list of the best huts in Ghana, for authentic stays.

We handpicked these listings carefully, considering (wherever possible) Superhost status, recent guest reviews, location, accommodation type, prices, availability of dates, decor, and amenities.
