Located right on the banks of Upper Saranac Lake, The Point Resort opened its doors to the public during the Gilded Age. The rooms and suites take resort living to a higher level with their decor and furnishings. Accommodations are divided into four log edifices. All of them feature original paintings and artworks dating back to the 1800s.
All furniture is custom-made by hand and uses Adirondack wood. Each abode has its individual design concept and provides lovely views of the lake. I don’t think you’d have to leave your room to have a spectacular time! Select rooms and suites have in-room decks, while others have claw-foot bathtubs or rain showers. Pets are also welcome in this resort.
