The Philippines is an archipelago made up of more than 7,100 islands and is known for its beautiful beaches and abundance of fruits. Its capital city, Manila, is found on the largest island in the country. It is home to the oldest Chinatown in the world. This Chinese commerce center has been around since 1594. Historically named the “Pearl of the Orient”, Manila is now filled to the brim with charming food destinations, well-preserved historic sites, cultural theaters, and stunning shopping malls. From the first movie house to the country’s first American-style department store, step back in time and visit many of the country’s firsts on Escolta Street. Watch some of the county’s best talents at Cultural Center of the Philippines. Barter your way through Divisoria Market. Do you need a respectable hotel for your trip? Check out this list of the best Muslim-friendly hotels near Manila, Philippines.

Heritage Hotel Heritage Hotel

Heritage Hotel was built in the early 1990s and is still going strong to this day. I stayed here for one night but was incredibly lucky to be able to check out what it offers. The rooms are simple yet charming, leaving you to feel as relaxed as possible. There was live music the night I was there, and it was great company during dinner. The food options here are influenced by traditional and Chinese cuisine. If available, you can grab a bowl of peaches as they are my absolute favorite!

Another great thing about this hotel is that it is within walking distance of SM Mall of Asia as well as other nearby establishments.
