While this night market is situated 20 minutes from Hat Yai town, it is more advisable to head there by private means. There is a large parking space. It is called a floating market because the shops and food stalls are boats on the riverbank. It is an ideal spot for travelers looking for souvenirs, traditional Thai items and Halal food. Their food is tasty and fresh and the prices are affordable. During rainy seasons, the water levels are high and so the floating boats won’t be available. However, there are stalls upstairs with great food, designer clothes and much more!
