Do note that the building doesn’t come with a lift, so climbing the stairs every single day during your stay might be a challenge! But the cosy yet elegantly designed and recently renovated apartment may be able to make the climbing worth it! Featuring minimalistic colours, this apartment in Rome also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a washer / dryer. Furniture around the apartment is made entirely by Italian artisans, including the chairs that are from the 1950’s Herman Miller American production. Enjoy sitting on a little piece of history! The bathroom, also recently renovated, is complete with essentials and comes with a large shower area and all-round lighting. Getting ready in the morning is sure to be a pleasure. This was a great apartment with fantastic hosts. Miryam and Giovanna were very accommodating​ and helpful. Giovanna met us at arrival and provided us with an explanation of how everything works in the apartment, a map and introduction to Rome and some restaurant recommendations. Located on the top floor, this apartment is just a few steps away from Piazza di Spagna and is situated right at the central Plaza de Espana. Complete with beautiful furniture and large windows, there’s really nothing you wouldn’t love about this apartment! There is one bedroom that consists of a double bed as well as satellite TV and a large closet, great if you go on a fashion-buying spree in Rome. Need to work a little? The funky see-through desk and chair will take some of the pain away. High-quality​ bed sheets and blankets will make falling into a restful sleep easy. The bathroom comes with all the necessary essentials. On the roof of the apartment you will find a music sound system, perfect for if you have a small gathering with friends.

Upon entering, you’ll be surprised at how such a beautiful apartment is available for a really small price. This very spacious 2-storey apartment is located in San Lorenzo and consists of an interior filled with antique furniture. Splashes of vibrant red are sure to ignite your passion for Rome! It also has a small private terrace on the second floor where you can relax in the sunshine or sip on some of Italy’s famous wines in the evening. These features make this home one of the best budget Airbnb rentals in Rome. It’s certainly bella, bella! The one and only bedroom is located on the second floor and, just like the rest of the house, its has its fair share of interesting antique-like interior designs. You will also be greeted with the beautiful paintings that are located all over the house. The exposed brickwork and low ceilings make it a snug den for falling asleep; you’ll be dreaming of Rome within minutes!
