On the more casual side of things, Wacamole serves up Mexican, seafood and pub food in a relaxed environment with live music, good drinks and good vibes, all around. Their fajitas and tacos are probably the stars of the menu. The service is fast and friendly and it’ll feel like you’re at your own neighborhood local bar. Staying on the casual side of things is Kats Corner. They serve amazingly fresh Mexican and American classics in a fun, tropical-inspired little space. Here, you’ll find typical finger food and fast food, sometimes with a healthier twist.
They serve things like breakfast sandwiches and quesadillas, as well as some delicious fresh smoothies and drinks. The mango smoothie is certainly a favourite here.

4. Pranama

This is a cute, little, outdoorsy space, serving tasty vegetarian and Indian inspired dishes. This is the spot to hit up if you’re travelling with some vegetarians in your group and you want to stop for something quick and easy. The food and service are great and the owner is very hands-on, making sure the dishes truly live up to expectations.

5. La Yola
La Yola serves up amazing seafood and Latin dishes. It’s a little on the pricier side, however, you’ll quickly learn why. Not only is the food delicious but the view from the dining tables is to die for. Enjoy a luxurious meal as you gaze out onto the water and listen to the sounds of the ocean.

This is definitely a crowded place, so don’t expect a whole lot of privacy. However, the service is good and the cocktails are delicious so if you’re looking to party a little, head over to Pearl Beach Club.

This is a great, American style steakhouse in the heart of the Caribbean. Serving some of the best surf and turf you can probably find in Punta Cana, you definitely can’t go wrong with a nice steak for dinner. This is a nice place that is perfect for couples on a date or just a nice restaurant to go to when you’re craving some barbecue. They offer wine pairings as well, so if you’re someone who doesn’t know what goes with what, don’t be afraid to ask!

Located down a little narrow road, you’ll find some amazing Caribbean and seafood dishes at Jellyfish Beach. Little John is a little restaurant, but that’s good! It’s a tiny little outdoor space, located right on the beach, perfect for lunch or a quick bite. Grab a pizza or a burger and burn off those calories in the water. Little John serves classic American bar food and some local specialities, as well.
