Izukogen no Yu is a hot spring open from 10:00 am to midnight daily. It is 1,000 JPY (8 USD) for adults and 800 JPY (4 USD) for children. Because of its great accessibility, it is always crowded during the weekends and high season: his area is famous for marine activities so it is always busy during summertime and national holidays. However it is not so crowded on weekdays, especially in the early in the morning.
