Antidote is a recently opened bar that incorporates an early 1900’s design that captures the allure that some of the longstanding bars have. It is located in a three-story building in the city’s South Slope District, beside The Chemist. Rest assured that you won’t be stepping into a crowded bar since only a certain number of guests are allowed at once, and seats are already assigned upon entrance. Their cocktail list is diverse and it is excellently crafted by skilled bartenders. They also offer craft beers and a carefully curated wine list.

Highland Brewing Company is the very first craft brewery in Asheville. Up until today, it is still regarded as one of the best places to enjoy a beer in North Carolina.
