It will be difficult to resist the call of the heated saltwater pool, but if you’re not dressed for a dip, it’s customary to be seated in the “Garden” and listen to the birdsong. And that’s not a metaphor! The Rooftop Club’s bird and butterfly sanctuary is highly regarded by the National Wildlife Federation.
