Although this mall was on the verge of closing down, it came back into the limelight after a famous discount retailer, Forman Mills, decided to rent a 45,000-sq-ft (4180.6-sq-meter) section of the site in 2018. Before then, the shopping spot was kept afloat by a handful of small businesses, patronized by mostly loyal customers. Today, the place is starting to recover from its lost glory with Forman Mills offering affordable home décor and fashion wears, as well as the other establishments, which are also starting to pick up again. Within the mall, you will find a driver’s training school, health stores, a jeweler, nail and hair braiding shops, and more.
