My dad's office used to be in Century Park Hotel, so we would go there to visit or meet with him. Then we ate at the hotel's cafe a few times, where they have a buffet. We really like the hotel's location, where everything's so accessible and nearby like Star City, Mall of Asia, Manila Zoo, and Rizal Park, among others. The rest of the Metro area and the airport are within reach as well so you can get around and explore the city easily.

Traveler's tips
The area around Manila Bay is the perfect spot for a staycation! We had a weekend stay with family at Diamond Hotel Manila. Enjoyed their pool area with an outdoor dining area so we were able to eat and swim!
In Makati, there are also luxury hotels for a great staycation, like New World Makati. Our family often eats here for special occasions, especially at their on-site restaurant Cafe 1228, where we enjoyed a multi-cuisine buffet. One of my favorites is their pasta section, where they cook the pasta of your choice right on the spot (and enjoy it while it's hot). The hotel also has a big luxurious lobby where we lounged on the couch and took photos with the entire family. And then for more family fun, we went out for a short walk to Glorietta shopping center (accessible to Greenbelt too).
