i would call that double dipping
i really liked that the owner made contact upon arrival to check everything was ok and upon departure for the same, and was available if needed
all services were first class and nothing had been left to chance
the back deck was amazing and gave wonderful city views

great japanese restaurant only 5-10 min walk
the location is very convenient with easy access to city and carindale

Bella Bulimba is a private home that is great for up to seven guests. It contains modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. There is an open plan deck for lounging, a fenced yard and an adorable ‘cubbie house’ for the kids to play in. This house is located a few steps away from the Oxford Street Village which has dozens of restaurants, boutique bars, gift stores and cafes. Also, The street is home to a Cineplex movie theater, Woolworths supermarket, Bulimba Memorial Park and a playground. Also, here you will find air-conditioning and two balconies, perfect for drinks in the evening or a nap in the afternoon. The apartment features access to a swimming pool, gym and sauna.
