5. Point Mallard Park, Decatur
Located in Decatur, Alabama, Point Mallard Park sits off the Flint Creek shoreline. Open all year round, this park is only one of the many great places to visit in Alabama. It is run by the City of Decatur Parks and Recreation Board and is next to the Wheeler National Wildlife Refuge.
