This mini water play pool is the ideal day out for families, the pool is carefully watched by lifeguards whilst adults can bask in the sun on the green grass surrounding the area. There are mini eateries and ice cream shops alongside small shops. There are trampolines, water slides and a splash area to soak each other in fun! Ideal for the family, you can have picnics on the green pastures or at the seating area!

Situated on the coast of Barry Island, the park opens every year from the beginning of Easter and stays open all day, every day until the end of summer holidays at school, around the beginning of September. There are rides like the Take-Off, Hellraiser rollercoaster, the Jungle River ride, the Cup and Saucers moving thriller, the Treasure Island arcade, the inflatable slides, tons of fun trampolines and stand-alone game booths for a fun competitive spirit during family time. This fun water park is full of adventure! The wave pool is the star of Blue Lagoon Water Park, giving six different wave patterns that also lead gently to the sloping beach. There are eight water geezers that bubble away, with a water cannon that shoots arcs of water right into the pool. The wave seat is ideal to just sit and feel the movement of the waves whilst the lazy river ride will take you on a relaxing journey around Blue Lagoon and onto the patio close to the outdoor bubble and spa pool. The outdoor spa is well equipped to provide complete relaxation and is best for young adults and older members. The Blue Lagoon Water Park is famous for the zoom-down flume, with four different ones to choose from with twisting, spiralling and turning courses all at varying speeds depending on your personal preferences! You can take breaks on the loungers, patio or observation decks, or eat at one of the many dry cafes and bar areas. The entire water park is heated by biomass and is the first of it’s kind to be involved in such practices.
