Several structures were designed by New York Beaux-Arts architects Whitney Warren and Charles Wetmore with the intention of drawing more tourists to the region: a large casino, an accompanying mega arcade, and this building, Asbury Park’s Carousel Building. Today, Asbury Park Carousel Building serves no functional purpose, but still stands tall as a reminder of its former glory.
