Azle Historical Museum is a two-story building filled with photos, documents, artifacts and memorabilia of the history of Azle. Byra Stribling, B.J. Clark, Paul Worthen, and Beatrice Carter were the four instigators who came up with the idea of establishing a museum in honor of Azle’s past. The museum was established in 1976 and has since then relied on membership funds and occasional fundraisers.
