7. Explore the subterranean Bundesbank-Bunker
Take a fascinating trip down history lane at the Bundesbank Bunker Cochem. During the cold war, the German government decided to take measures to prevent hyperinflation by setting up hidden currency reserves all around the country. Bundesbank bunker was one of those currency reserves. Hidden in plain sight, you get a chance to see and explore this subterranean bunker where 15 billion Deutschmarks were held between 1964 and 1988.
