One of the more intriguing exhibits is the Spitfire Simulator Experience which allows young and old to get dressed in a flying jacket and helmet, climb into a cockpit and have a flight over the Windsor Castle. The permanent exhibition Story of Maidenhead, on the other hand, showcases relics and artifacts of Maidenhead from antiquity until the present time.
