Located at Museum of the Horse, with a park-like setting, Free Spirits at Noisy Water is another attraction you shouldn’t miss visiting while in Ruidoso. It features eight sculptures of different breeds of horses, such as Standardbred, Thoroughbred, Paint, Appaloosa, Morgan, Arabian, and Quarter Horse, which seem to be running on the wild.
