Though Anholt is a small state of the Holy Roman Empire, it became a residence of the Lords of Anholt. During the year 1347, it had received town privileges and in the year 1975, it was incorporated in the City of Isselburg. This is really an interesting city to explore as most castles and houses here have stories to tell. One of the famous tourist spots here is the Anholt Castle, a museum founded by Prince Nikolaus of Salm-Salm. You can see the private collection documenting his family’s history and some reveal wealth information about the original rooms layouts and furnishings. Aside from the appealing facts that can discover inside the castle, visitors can also have fun in the extensive 34 hectares’ park with several baroque gardens. Among the options are the water garden, the island, the maze, and the wildflower meadow. Another to explore is the Friedenskirche (Peace Church) — known as the Hofkirche because it was built in a patch. Visiting the Anholter Mill and Pancratius Church is a must also.

This rental owned by Sabine is located in the beautiful place of Achterhoek, where there are many admirable places to visit which is near to the German border. The bus is just 300 meters (984.25 feet) away from the place. It features two rooms suitable for a family or a group. The first room has a double box spring on the street side with free parking. It comes with two TVs, one is in the sitting area and the other one is in the bedroom with both free Netflix.
