The home is beautifully decorated throughout – it still got the original floor tiles and beautiful reclaimed wooden furniture. Sit at the desk and stare through the wooden-framed windows, and as you look out over the Nice bay, imagine Matisse doing the same in the same spot. This beautifully designed apartment is located just south of the main port in Nice. There’s room for two guests in this studio apartment. Although you’ll only be sleeping on a comfortable sofa bed, you do have the benefit of a balcony with some amazing views of the port. Although it’s a small studio, there’s a large, fully equipped kitchen in the house. There’s also a large, separate bathroom with a large shower.
